Eight Daeva classes

AION 2 classes

The English teaser and May 2025 press present eight Daeva classes for AION 2: Gladiator, Templar, Assassin, Ranger, Chanter, Cleric, Sorcerer, and SpiritMaster. Filter the roster by melee, ranged, tank, or support. Korean and Taiwanese star names sit beside the English labels where the teaser supplied them. March 2026 press added a named Stigma skill per class. The Korea App Store currently advertises nine classes on the live PURPLE client; that ninth name is not in the global eight-class teaser, so it is not a row here.

Stigma labels on the eight-class teaser

March 2026 press named one Stigma skill per class and expanded Stigma slots to five on the Korea/Taiwan live build. The labels on this roster are Fracturing Rush, Battlefield Banner, Shadowstep, Supporting Fire, Barrier Spell, Reincarnating Touch, Hibernation, and Command: Proxy. Those names are the researched teaser set. Global Steam has not published a full Stigma tree, proc rates, or slot costs for the October launch, so the table stops at the supplied one-liner plus the Stigma name. Five slots on the live KR/TW client is a live-build number; do not assume Steam ships five on 5 October until the store prints it.

Use the filter to cut the eight rows down to a job. Melee keeps Gladiator, Templar, and Assassin. Ranged keeps Ranger, Sorcerer, and SpiritMaster. Tank is Templar only. Support is Chanter only — Cleric is tagged healer, not support, and SpiritMaster is tagged summoner. Mixed-range Chanter and Cleric drop out of both Melee and Ranged because their teaser range is mixed, not a hidden third column.

Marksman, Elementalist, and the ninth KR class

May 2025 English press uses Marksman for the long-range scout; the teaser label is Ranger. March 2026 press calls the summoner Elementalist; the English teaser label is SpiritMaster. Both aliases stay in the researched fields rather than replacing the teaser names, because the Steam-facing roster still prints Ranger and SpiritMaster. If a later global patch retitles either class, this page should follow the store, not the older press headline.

Korea's App Store live copy currently says nine classes. Independent wikis already split a Brawler URL off the KR set. The global teaser and the May 2025 eight-class press do not include that ninth row, so it is not merged into this table. Treat Brawler as a Korea/Taiwan live-build fact until NC prints it on the Steam class list. Elyos and Asmodians still share the same eight teaser classes; faction choice does not add a ninth global job.

How to pick before 5 October

If you want a front-line melee swing, start with Gladiator (wide-area skills, Fracturing Rush) or Assassin (precision, Shadowstep). If you want to hold a pack, Templar is the only teaser tank, with Battlefield Banner as the named Stigma. Ranger is the long-range scout with Supporting Fire; press also called that job Marksman. Sorcerer is high-burst magic with Hibernation. SpiritMaster is tagged for solo play with Command: Proxy, and press also called that job Elementalist.

Support in the filter is Chanter only (Barrier Spell, mixed range, multiplayer utility). Cleric is a healer with improved damage in the teaser one-liner and Reincarnating Touch as Stigma; that row will not appear under Support. Mixed-range jobs vanish from Melee and Ranged filters because their teaser range is mixed. Empty filter copy reads the dictionary line that no supplied class records match. Open Flight next: every one of these eight still has to fight in the air.

PC launch versus the KR nine-class store

On 5 October you create a Daeva on Windows Steam, not on the Korea App Store. The teaser eight are Gladiator, Templar, Assassin, Ranger, Chanter, Cleric, Sorcerer, and SpiritMaster. Korean star names sit in the table beside those English labels. Taiwanese star names sit in the next column. Stigma names are the March 2026 set. Five Stigma slots are a KR/TW live number.

Ranger also appears as Marksman in May 2025 English press. SpiritMaster also appears as Elementalist in March 2026 press. Neither alias replaces the teaser label on this roster. Brawler stays off the table until Steam prints a ninth row. Filter empty copy is the dictionary line that no supplied class records match. Fly after you pick: every job still has to fight in the air. Steam app 3393110 is the global Windows client for that eight-class teaser. Korea App Store live copy currently says nine classes on PURPLE; that count is a live-build fact, not a Steam row. Templar remains the only teaser tank. Chanter remains the only teaser support in the filter. Cleric is tagged healer. SpiritMaster is tagged summoner and optimized for solo play in the press one-liner.
